"The people who work at this First Pet location - every single person who works here, are nothing short of superstars! Our dog has refractory seizures. Some of them are really terrible, and don’t respond to any of his meds - including his emergency rescue meds. When we take him to First Pets, they always respond quickly - and are always very empathetic and caring, and make sure our dog and our needs are addressed. They not only offer emergency services, but regular vet services as well. They are compassionate, skilled and simply the best at customer service delivery on every level. I’d like to give a huge thank you to everyone at First Pets; you’re all so appreciated! (Yeah, our husky is pretty darn cute!)"

"First Pet veterinary office has been incredibly helpful with my dog's issues and needs. They take the time to get to know my large breed dog, and make necessary accommodations for him. The office is clean and calm. From the kind front desk staff, to the patient nurses, to the compassionate doctors, I highly recommend this clinic. The fear-free component helps put me and my dog at ease. They don't force my dog to do anything, and include me in the appointment. The doctors will work with you on a care plan that's reasonable. My dog is difficult/anxious and I really value the support we receive at this vet."

"Best Veterinary Center ever. Great caring staff from the front desk to the doctors and everybody in between. I feel they really care about you and it shows. I highly recommend bringing all your fur babies here. Even when they would rather wait for you in the car your baby will be treated like family and so will you. "1st Pet is convenient for me with its location and hours. The hospital is very clean and the staff is very professional and clearly show they care about my pets. They are thorough and will recommend the best treatment plan for your pet but ultimately give you the option to choose what your comfortable with in treating your pet. Due to years in age with a couple of my dogs I've had to opt for "quality of life" and put them to rest. It's never an easy decision but the Dr.s reviewed every alternative scenario with us before coming to that conclusion. Although it's a sad moment to say goodbye to our dog they made it a beautiful experience. Time with your pet, making them comfortable and easing the process without feeling rushed. I was able to keep momentos of my dogs, paw prints, lock of hair. All in all I would recommend 1st pet simply because I've trusted them with my dogs and I know the staff goes above and beyond to stand out in this pet industry. ❤️"
