Walmart Neighborhood Market

"I stopped one of the Managers to ask her the exact price on one of their Walmart Cash cards and she was so polite and helpful. I needed to know if there would be tax on it because I had a certain amount 9f money on me at the time. She didn't know and instead of telling me she didn't know and walking off this Manager took the time to go out of her way to ring it up and find out while she said "go ahead and continue shopping and I will find you"! She came back with the answer! Thank you again for your professionalism and kindness. It's employees like you who people think about and make want to come to the store. I hope your days are as wonderful as you treated my daughter & I. Thank you. #Blessed"

"Usually I don't see a need to review a Walmart, but in this case I just feel it's worth mentioning that the staff are pretty lenient and understanding. At least when it comes to the staff at night right when they are getting ready to close. Late night worries, when I've realized my two little ones are out of diapers and I have 5 minutes before a store closes. They have always let me in to grab what I need and get out without any of them giving me any sort of bad looks or anything. Thanks! Update: No new changes, just adding they are all very helpful and kind!"

"Was able to grab some cash at customer service and pick up a few items for dinner. It was not to crowded and the employees were a great help . Even when the customers are rude the employees are professional and still go above and beyond to help . I am glad to see they celebrate Christmas holiday ."

"The new management in the pharmacy is just terrible. Look at how they bag my prescription I’ve been coming to Walmart neighborhood market on 730 E. McKellips road for two years now they used to send me alerts whenever my medication was done. I even moved 20 minutes away and still came to the pharmacy because of how efficient they were . they no longer seem to care they are slower then every when it come to my refills sometimes days late. the new management is terrible i will be moving pharmacy’s take this from someone who use to love this place and part of me still does or i wouldn’t be writing this. The guy who gave me my medication, said his name was lDaniel” and when I asked to see his name tag it said “bob” and he proceeded to say he doesn’t have a name tag. are you guys just letting anyone work here i wonder if they even use gloves for my medicine . i bet they pick up pills off the floor i wouldn’t doubt it . the picture speaks for itself and to top it off when he pushed that being out the window he hit my car"
