"Disappointed. They squeezed us in and price was good but our boy is botched. Very uneven cut. Further, we had photos of the "look" we desired-they asked for input- and they did the opposite. We wanted fuller cheeks and shorter mouth but got a very uneven chop with very short cheeks and long mouth. One side is shorter than the other too. We then had to cut long tufts over his entire body that were obviously missed by the clippers- see photo. His face is not fixable except for time to let it grow- again chopped up pretty badly- see photo. Some of his lashes were chopped as well."

"We rescued a pup from a bad situation and was referred to Ritzy by the temporary foster family. I picked her up without checking her over, giving trust to Ritzy that they will do a good job. When we got her home, I don’t see much of anything done with her besides a quick bath and a trim. Ears not cut/cleaned, nails not trimmed/filed, tail not brushed out, her skin was barely cleaned as she still smells like a pound dog, I’m doubting they expressed her glands on top of it. The foster was generous enough to cover the cost of it so I’m not ungrateful for the services rendered but my advice would be to take your money elsewhere."

"I am really pleased with the service we received from Ritzy Grooming. The price was reasonable, they were fast, but most importantly they did a good job on my dog and he was happy when he left. They have this cute little doggy stable they set your pets up in to wait for you while you pick them up and pay. I will definitely continue using Ritzy. I appreciate the kindness they show to my dog and the care they show to every pet that passes through their doors."

"We've been here about 5 times. Yesterday picked up my dogs and they were both injured. One dog had a swollen eye one dog had a swollen bum. Both were incredibly uncomfortable, both ended up in the cone of shame, we almost took one (swollen bum) to the vet because he was crying and breathing really fast all night. Nails were half cut, and the dogs were just shaved, there was no look to it, girl who brought the dogs never even took her headphones out as my wife said thank you multiple times with no response. We've always had good experiences with the owner but the kids that work there ruined it for us. We will not be back."
