During the office visit, the care and concern for my furbaby was displayed repeatedly, as well as calming my nerves. There were no surprises or hidden cost, providing options to help with decisions on treatment. Checking in after appointment to see how my girl was doing. I could go on at the rockstar customer service, describing how the team went above and beyond showing patience and kindness and making a stressful situation manageable. "The Pet, Dental Clinic in Queen Creek Arizona is absolutely #1 bar none! The staff is highly professional and friendly. Dr. Heuchert is not only a caring and gentle animal service provider but he also shows a high level of concern for the pet- parents as well. He endures to minimize pet owners’ stress each and every time they turn their fur-baby over to him. I’ve seen first hand his staff cradling fur babies after their dental procedure. It’s amazing I’ve never seen this level of concern and affection anywhere else that I have taken my pets. Also, after my dog CoalMiner had his dental cleaning I had the misfortune that my car would not start up - everyone at the clinic sprung to action Dana, Aurora, Pricilla and Michelle made efforts to get me the help I needed to get the car started so I could get back home - I believe it was Dana that solicited her husband’s assistance via phone while he was at work Alhamdulilah! I am deeply indebted to each and everyone of them because while I tried to get the car issue resolved - each lovely ladies tagged team to watch my dog CoalMiner so he wouldn’t suffer the 114 degree weather outside with me.
