"Just moved to the area, and a lady at the Pinnacle Dog Park recommended you. We were very happy with the service and grooming for Denali, our Bernese Mountain Dog. His coat was soft, but now, wow, great job! The staff was professional, quick, and efficient. There were no cages for this pup he was hanging at the front desk for pick up. We will be back and have already referred you! Thanks again!"

"not a great place for cat grooming. My cats been groomed her whole life and this is definitely the worst hair cut she’s ever had. It’s actually kinda of comical how she looks. unfortunately this was a pretty pricey hair cut so im not too happy. Will not be returning."

"I may be biased, but this place is great! The appointments are fast, the groomers are super-friendly and really care about the dogs; loving on them and giving them individual attention. The best part? No cages! Absoleutly recommend."

"I’ve taken my cat here twice to get shaved. The first experience was much better than our experience yesterday. I brought my cat in on her harness and leash not thinking it was a problem as per cage-less grooming but I was told that they will take her this time but in the future she needs to be caged. The staff seemed annoyed with me and my boyfriend and I was anxious leaving my cat with them. They charged me 98$ and then asked for gratuity on top of that. It took them the expected amount of time to complete the shave and when we picked her up my cat was sitting calmly in the groomers lap with her harness on. We were then told that my cat wouldn’t stop moving and they were only able to “towel bathe her” because my cat “was so over it”. I’m sorry but if I’m paying $110 to get my cat bathed and shaved then I’m going to expect that. My cat was COVERED in trimmings and dandruff from not being cleaned after her shave. We ended up having to bathe her ourselves when we got home because it was so bad. Probably won’t be returning to this place in the future even though our first experience here was great."

"We love Sydney, our favorite groomer that does such an amazing job every time for our fur baby Murphy (Shih Tzu). They are very accommodating and understanding of rescue dogs that may be fearful and need extra care. Since moving from San Francisco last year, Murphy has gotten 4 haircuts with Sydney and he comes out looking as cute as ever every time. We love their concept of cage free as it is less stressful for the dogs, especially for nervous rescues. All their groomers and staff are amazing and you can tell that they truly love dogs. We appreciate the great work they do and making grooming experience for our dogs a little less scary for them."
