"WORST PHARMACY I EVER VISITED. Rude staff who seem to never take pride in their work. Medication is never ready on time; they lie over the phone about ordering it. A week later, when you show up, they admit they never ordered it because they miss some of your information—why not call and ask? This happened multiple times. When my wife picked up medication, the pharmacist was rude, repeatedly asking out loud if she could afford it. At the same time, a few other male employees were staring at her. Despite her affirmations, he put a smile on his face, making it seem like a humiliating process and possibly discrimination toward those who pay out of pocket. We will never go back to this pharmacy. Look at other reviews; this place is a joke where the manager seems not to care about it at all. There are other good pharmacies around!!Avoid this place at all cost!"

"Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. Constantly hanging up when saying they will put you on hold and can't be bothered to assist a customer with finding medication they said was in stock, but now magically isn't. They also like to yell back and forth behind the counter with excitement that a shipment came in "now we're finally a real pharmacy!" Seems like these problems are pretty consistent and why I stopped going here years ago."

"The pharmacy staff at this location are great! Been coming here for all my prescriptions and immunizations and even though I may have to wait at times, I appreciate their professionalism and care. I generally visit between 9-5pm."

"I went to this Walgreens last night to pick up a prescription for a mentally disabled adult who I help out. He has been in and out of the hospital and is on govt assisted insurance. The tech explained that the insurance company would not cover the medication. I asked to speak with the pharmacist since this patient was already taking this medication and it was covered the last time I picked it up. The pharmacist informed me that insurance would not cover the prescription because the way it was ordered. I asked if I should get a new prescription? He said, “ you can get a new prescription or you could just pay $44, that is not a lot of money!” I thought his comment was rude and he made it because of the insurance provider. He doesn’t know anything about me or the patient. He was very condescending and I will never personally use this pharmacy. Walgreens should not employ people who make rude comments like this to customers."

"No pharmacist available. I don't write many bad reviews. You can see the 500-plus reviews that I have written. I have been to this Walgreens numerous times over the past 10 years. This Walgreens is always busy, always understaffed, and today they have no pharmacist. The pharmacy at the Walgreens in Old Town Scottsdale I highly recommend not coming to this Walgreens and go to a different Walgreens or CVS if the pharmacy is not open.
