"There's something seriously wrong with this Bashas. It got worse during the pandemic, and never got better. Today, there were NO cashier checkouts available, forcing everyone to use self-checkout, with just one employee trying to attend to all machines. Some machines (third one on the right) are unusably slow. Their price lookup for produce is ridiculous...search for "orange navel" and you get two identically-named results with different prices, on of many examples. Produce is very hit-or-miss...about a third of their brown onions are spoiled inside. They're so understaffed that manned counters are unpredictably closed early. Don't go here after 4:00 if you're looking for fresh seafood. (And when it is open, the seafood selection is small and mediocre quality.) Prices are slightly higher than comparable nearby stores. The few employees they do have on staff are well-intentioned, but not terribly useful. And would it kill you to add a cart corral in the north half of the lot? I've been going here for 15 years, but I'm finally at the point where I'm going to drive a little longer for a much better Safeway or Fry's."

"Listed under kosher grocery store. They don’t carry anything besides the usual Manischewitz boxes that you can find anywhere. This is not a kosher grocery store so don’t list yourself as so. The same way you are not a party store because you sell a balloon."

"Ordered a custom birthday cake 2 weeks ago. Called today to confirm it would be ready to pick up this afternoon. Was informed that their cake decorator hadn’t been in in 2 weeks and they don’t have my cake. I understand things happen, but a simple phone call anytime within the last week would have allowed me to go elsewhere. Now I’m in a bind to find a suitable replacement the day of. Extremely disappointed."
