"Nicest Fry's I've ever been to. Bakery department is a bit sparse and no red grapes, otherwise...the gold standard."
"I would like to make a comment of Renee, who was working the self-checkout. I have a hard time walking and standing because of my condition. While in self-checkout, I was having a hard time and Renee came over and offered to finish scanning my items for me. That is being very attentive and showing great customer service. Thanx Renee!"
"The click list has gone downhill rapidly. They charged me for an order I never picked up because they made me wait 40 min in the spot. Now today. I’m in the click list spot for over 45 minutes. He came out and said he needs to go “re-pick” my stuff. They had said my order was ready 2 hours ago. Honestly can’t believe it has come to this. I’ve been picking up at this location for years. I will not be back to this location as my time is valuable and waiting collectively 2 hours for an order is unacceptable."
"I had my first problem with this store recently regarding an overcharge . However, it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. Overall, I've been happy shopping at this location. I actually travel farther than I normally would to do my shopping at the Pima/Via Linda location because it has a much smaller store feel to it. I moved here from another part of the valley that was just "go-go-go", "get out of the way". It's nice to slow down and have a little patience. The people at this store are friendly and helpful. Problems arise, but nothing that can't be fixed. I like the produce section, always clean and well stocked. On the occasion that I need help at the seafood/meat, I've always had good service. There have been a few times when the shelf tags for current weekly ad prices have not been placed in time, leading to confusion. It seems to be getting better."
"The grocery store itself is wonderful, the problem is the older lady at check out who is just constantly bashing the store and her coworkers for being lazy. She is also trash talking customers who don’t round up their change as they walk away. Just a negative person who complains from the minute you interact with her. Will actively avoid this unpleasantry at all costs in the future."
