"I am so happy to have found this groomer for my Daisy. I love the online appointment booking tool and that they actually have appointments availabe on short notice. This place is just adorable. It has a relaxed atmosphere and all the dogs seem so calm and happy. And no cages. Its like the dogs are all hanging out together and getting their hair done. My Daisy was ready for pickup in under 2 hours and looks beautiful. And everyone working there was very nice and caring."

"When I entered, for the first time, the individual at the desk was welcoming, but the groomer to the side didn't even acknowledge me and the vibe from her made me uneasy. Especially when she announced she would be grooming one of my dogs (I have two). You'd think there'd be some acknowledgement that Oh, by the way, I'm the customer. Hello. Having said that, they did a great job and my dogs were clearly less stressed than with the previous place we'd gone for years. On pickup, the groomer was a lot more personable and offered to help take them to the car, and my hope is with future visits we'll build a rapport. I'll definitely go back."

"Shay did an amazing job with my little Furbaby… shay was very sweet and complimented Oreo and said she would love to groom her again and this made the proud furmommie super happy! The facility is great and Oreo is smelling so fresh even after a week! I opted for the deshedding bath for her. Oreo was pretty happy after her time at the groomers which is good for us. "This place is incredible! From booking my dog’s appointment to picking her up, it was such a smooth process. The receptionist who helped schedule the appointment was accommodating, friendly, and helpful! She got me in the same day I called! The groomers are always so gentle, kind and do a wonderful job at cleaning up my dog. This is the 5th time or so taking my dog here and I hope to never change that! Thanks pampered paws!"
