Reviews
"Best time is early in the day. Be prepared for self checkout . If you have a full cart and need a cashier you will have a short wait. No handbaskets anywhere in sight today."
"This store feels like it's laid out in the most confusing and inconvenient fashion to force you to walk around the entire place looking for what you need (even more than most). Self checkout is half of what's available but then it treats you like a criminal if the camera AI doesn't understand what you've done. Every time I come back for one tiny thing I get another reason to never return. Apparently they advertise digital coupons like it's just the normal price now, blueberries are EIGHT dollars without a coupon and advertised as two. Laughably dishonest if it wasn't so annoying. I'll just go out of my way for Aldi no matter what I guess."
"Terrible. The store needs a new manager. Waited in line for 30 minutes to use self-checkout because there weren't any registers open at 8:00 in the morning on Super Bowl Sunday. Ridiculous"
"We have been regular shoppers at this locations for 10yrs. Have never had a problem. Until this last weekend, we had the most horrible experience with a self checkout employee!! We first witnessed it with another customer and thought she was just overreacting. Then the same employee (older gentleman has a thick accent) came over as my husband was scanning things and tells my husband he can't use the hand scanner because it doesn't work properly, even after we just used it to scan out soda. Took three things out of my husband's hand and said they didn't scan, my husband showed them on the screen but again rudely and straight took them out of my husband hand while I was bagging out groceries and walked away with them to a manger and walked back with them and refused to give them back until another employee told him to give them back because they were on the screen and we did ring them up. He did the exact thing to the other customer. 1. Don't excuse customers of stealing. 2. Don't take things out of a customers hand! He about go punched by my husband. 3. He should not be working with customers! I will not be going to ANY line if he is working in it. He should have been fired on the spot. I worked as a manager in customer service and that would have never happened after the first customer. Do better Fry's"
"Totally bad experience. They close down the self checkouts and hour before the doors are closed on that side. Also they let customers have non service dogs roam around to make everyone uncomfortable. Not ok when it comes to people food. Frys can do better."
