"My husband and l shop at his branch weekly. Today we were there to take advantage of the 20% off body care and vitamins. I am Latina wish darker skin color, the employee -woman in that section followed me around and make remarks of me buying clearance items only. And constantly checking on me.She didn't target the light color people around that section only me. Little does she knows about me but she didn't hesitate to single me out for being different. That is called prejudice. I do advertise this store to my friends and relatives all the time. I will no longer shop and that location and will advise my family and friends to do the same . Colored people should should not have to experience thiskind of harassment in this country specially on MLK Day."

"Music is way too loud compared to other stores. As someone with a neurodiversity and sensitivity to sound, I find it unbearable and I'm unable to drown it out with my earphones. Unfortunately, although this is the closest Sprouts to my new place, I avoid it and go to the store on Southern & McClintock even though it's a bit out of the way. I will check back periodically to see if they turn the volume down. I had the same problem with another Sprouts in the valley and it was years before someone turned the volume down! Otherwise, it's the same as any other Sprouts and I love Sprouts and shop there as my main grocery store and have been for 10+ years."
