"First off I want to say how much the Prep Foods department rocks it with their Chef Case selection and quality. Very impressed. Second kudos belongs to Toan. This gentleman makes many shoppers’ experiences warming and wonderful. He is very personable, knowledgeable about the products in the store and is on top of his professionalism. I can’t praise this man enough and I hope Whole Foods on Ash Ave knows how lucky they are to have an employee so dedicated to his profession. Special thanks to Angel at the Meat department and Chris at checkout for making Whole Foods at Tempe a good experience."

"I chose chicken tikka masala and vegan lemon rice with a green tea drink that has no sugar. They have a large seating section. My phone service didn't work inside this Whole Foods until I connected it to the Whole Foods Wi-Fi. Phone service worked again once I was out of the Whole Food Store."

"It’s always hit or miss trying to get a smoothie from the cafe. She had lots of orders and definitely needs some help back there. She didn’t even have time to acknowledge me or say I’ll be with you soon! I feel bad she seems over worked and it’s only 9am. I had to walk away it was taking too long. Someone get her some help back in the cafe. 2/17/24. Also I feel like there should be a tip jar or something for those cafe employees but what do I know (absolutely nothing)."

"First time here you will most likely drive right past this location. Also, don’t park across the street and pay for parking. Instead, when between the parking complex and Whole Foods, watch for the green signs labeled (Whole Foods Parking) and it is a ramp going up and twists around. Once you’ve mastered the free Whole Foods parking you can take an elevator or an escalator down into the store itself. I noticed a smaller selection of food at this location but if you live nearby they have an Amazon Package Pickup counter at the front of the store."

"This is my favorite Whole Foods in all of Phoenix! Why? Great question! First off, they have free indoor parking! Secondly, they have a huge food court! Make your own salad at $11.99 a lb. I find myself always in the 2lb bracket due to their amazing selection! They have 6 rows of salad bar to choose from. I’m thrilled that they have vegetarian options as well. Third thing is the sushi counter. They have some nice selection (if you come early enough). Opposite side of the sushi counter is a huge fridge of amazing drinks, so there is always a unique drink to snag. Lastly, they have a nice seating area with TVs and wifi. The only wish I would have to the managers is to not cut the food 20 minutes before closing. We all love coming at odd hours. Thanks!"
