The appointment was confirmed one day prior. Rob is unprofessional and lacks any regard for other people's time. Do not book this company."

"Robert came out drained our coffee colored pool, acid washed it and refilled it. He even came back and vacuumed up the deep end, even inspected our pool cleaner and remove the rock that was blocking the flow and finished up the job."

"Over a month ago Rob was given a brand new motor to install for us. He kept cancelling with all kinds of excuses. For a week he did not answer our calls or texts. After I posted reviews yesterday he sent a rude text saying he was coming today. We asked him to give us an approximate time, or at least an idea of when he might be able to come. He refused to tell us anything saying, very rudely, that if we were not here he was not going to come back. We have already told him, several times, our time constraints, and let him know that since we had no idea when he would come we would be here after 2pm. Never heard a word from him until today, at 11:30am saying he would be here in 40 minutes. We dropped everything we were doing, we sped to get here to attempt to make it by the time he came but, we missed him. We asked him to just leave our motor here but he refused."
