"My toddler loves to jump! We had to hold her back until after we paid. They were very busy as it is spring break, and they were severely understaffed. We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes until we even saw a worker. That includes no one in concessions, no one at the desk, no one walking around monitoring, and no one manning the climbing area. Went straight to the toddler area (5 and under) there were lots of big kids and a lot of the stuff was ripped and broken. There is just a small metal thing sticking up on the ship where someone ripped off the steering wheel. The toddler ball pit area is dark! There were cheetos and wrappers all over the ball pit, so I just took her away from the toddler area, and we went and found somewhere else to play. There was a lot of trash, and I kept having to run in front of my toddler to pick it up before her. She's tiny, and she still had the best time. But out of all the trampoline places I've been, this is the absolute dirtiest. There are exposed springs, bars, and ripped foam off of bars, and it is dirty. Yes, trampoline parks are dirty, but I have never seen one like this. If we didn't already have a Groupon and we weren't with other people, I would have left."
"For a place charging $25 a person for a 2hr play slot, because it’s spring break it’s insane! their facility is very dirty and lots of broken items that are truly safety hazards for the children. Definitely won’t be returning."
"First time at Peoria location. It is horrible. The place is worn down, the ball pits are ealmost empty, the foam squares look like a rat chewed them up, the climbing wall is closed because the staff is too lazy to put harnesses on kids, one section of the obsicle course is closed off with yellow caution tape, the metal bars are exposed, etc. I personally observed multiple kids getting hurt due to unsafe conditions here. Socks are $6 per kid, small Gatorade is $5. The girl at the counter is very unpleasant. Very disappointed."
"I recently had the most exhilarating experience at a The Rush Fun Park! I visited this fun park, and it was an absolute thrill from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Cherie and Rae. The best costumer service I have ever received!!! They have a huge jungle gym that me and my friends just can't get enough of, they have an obstacle course that is actually challenging, foam pits, trampolines, basketball, and so much more! They had so many activities too. The place doesn't stink like most trampoline parks, the bathrooms smelt so good . The food is pretty good, I hate pizza but that was by far some of the best pizza I've ever had."
"Huge play place for the kids! My 4 year old loved it. We used our POGO pass on a Monday and had the place practically to ourselves. Elany and Cherie were working and were so sweet and helpful when he wanted to use the rock wall climbing area. It’s not the cleanest indoor playground we’ve been to but it’s definitely worth the drive with all the different play areas."
