"Such a beautiful facility. We’ve been members for a few years now and just love our gym. My absolute favorite part though has to be the classes, especially the classes taught by Sarah T. Sarah is an amazing person & instructor. My sister and I love taking her classes because she always encourages us and is such a genuinely awesome person! It’s such a breath of fresh air to have an instructor who genuinely cares and has such a passion for health/fitness."

"Facilities are ok, nothing great or equipment no one else has. I do wish that they would keep it cleaner and more organized. I have seen the same liquid stains on the floors for weeks in a row and some mornings the weights and racks look like someone tried to make it as unorganized as possible. And in the locker room, why at 4:00 am are the majority of lockers “locked”? Someone needs to go and unlock them every night if there are no personal lockers. But, you can get a decent workout in here-just have headphones as the yackity yak can be as loud as the music."

"Life time does it again. This was a luxurious experience in every area. They put a lot of thought into the layout of the amenities. I appreciated the waiting area outside of the work out studios. I recommend the Cold plunge. The only con I can think of is that there isn’t a co-ed sauna with two heaters and a co-ed cold plunge."
