"We are members here and my kids love the playground. Overall though, the staff lacks training. I was here once on a busy day and there was a lost, crying kid. The place was packed. People around the area said she had been crying for a long time. I took the kid to the front desk and they told me to take her to the snack bar. So we had to squeeze our way all through the crowd to get to the snack bar…where we absolutely could not get anyone’s attention. Eventually, the kid’s sister found her. How can a place like this not have a plan for lost kids? Another thing is their laser tag always has tons of broken packs. Tonight, my son waited the entire game before him. When the game was over, the girl let everyone in line rush into the room instead of counting how many players could enter based on the working packs. My son ended up grabbing one that didn’t work. People behind us got to play. He was heartbroken. Not cool Urban Air. Fix the packs or count the players."
"Excellent place to visit during the week, there is more availability for children to play, the weekends are too full and the lines to get on the Cars are enormous! but it's still fun both times AND the food is super delicious!!!!"
"We have the platinum membership. We visit a few times a month! My kids always have fun, and I run around with them. They serve food, drinks, adult beverages. There is laser tag, go karts, foam pits, lots of trampoline areas, Zip lines, overhead obstacle courses, rock walls, video games, and a kids play area!"
"My kids love this place! Plenty of trampoline fun, arcade, go karts, sky riders, wall climbing and even a suspended rope obstacle course. There is food available too. Great place to celebrate a birthday! The facilities are clean and well maintained. Ride packages available in different levels, we generally spend 2 hours here at a time."
"1st birthday party for my son. It was awesome! Our hostess, Nicole, was excellent. She was good to our guests. Whenever I needed something she was on it. I highly recommend this establishment. The entertainment and customer service was far beyond my expectations."
