"The Hotel at first seemed great especially the location but we were stopped right from the start with wrong promises from the hotel staff. As IHG club member, the offered us 40.000 extra points plus 100$ in cash if we just attend 1 hour seminar, but turns out after checking with the manager club members from Germany are not applicable for the program. So we were send off to our room without any replacement for it. Secondly the apartment was nice and clean at the first glimpse but if you walk around with white socks, they were quickly dirty and no house keeping showed up during our three nights stay. Very disappointing after all, even though the location, parking and the apartment itself were really nice."

"Apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Open bathroom, toilet separate. We were on the third floor, it was very quiet. Parking (free) in front of the houses. Washer and dryer at the apartement, with detergent. Walking distance to the sphere, the Linq etc. Check-in quick, check-out even faster. Extra pool towels in the walk-in closet. Hotel is basically non-smoking, there are a few spots outside for smokers. I would totally recommend a stay here: quick check-in, no party people all over, non-smoking. Have fun at the strip and return to a quiet room."

"Spacious and clean room. Full facilities in kitchen including washer and dryer. We had a bathroom that did not have hot water at all despite running the water for a while. Parking is free and right in front of your unit. Overall a very nice stay."

"This place is in a great location. Room is like a mini apartment and perfect for families. My only gripe is that the noise travels from other rooms. We had a family with little ones above us and it sounded like they were jumping through the floor. Understandably, little kids have energy. We didn't complain, but that was the only downside. Housekeeping was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"The suite was too dirty and the furniture was too old and squeezy. The napkins from previous guests were still everywhere. Looks like the unit was not cleaned at all. The floor was very dirty and when my kids walked on the floor, their socks turned black in a minute. The bathroom was very dirty and the drain smelled awful. Overall, although I paid a lot of money, I had a very bad experience. In terms of the responsibility of the hotel, I had the worst experience. I was charged for one extra night after I checked out and I was on the phone for several hours talking to different people each transferring me to another one. It took a total of eight hours on the phone until I was able to have them refund my money. After I asked for a receipt for my stay, they told me that I had to wait for 48 hours to get the receipt, which only took one minute when I usually asked other hotels to do that for me. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences with lodging in my entire life, despite paying a lot of money."
