Reviews
"All I can really say is, WOW! I'm rarely compelled to write reviews, however I feel as if Dry Clean US more than deserved one for such phenomenal service. Firstly, the sweet woman at the counter greeted me with a welcoming smile and heard my concerns. I had purchased a gorgeous vintage 100% virgin wool Pendleton long coat second-hand, which to my dismay had not been taken care of properly. While beautiful, this thing was in rough shape. The wool had clearly been washed, possibly dried and therefore the fabric had noticeably shrunk. The sleeves were just a bit too short and the lining became visible by an inch or two at the hem. There were also a couple buttons that were loose and ready to fall off. Stale smoke permeated the seemingly permanently wrinkled fabric. Point being... NOT ANYMORE! My camel coat was promptly ready for pick-up after a few days. I arrived nervously, wondering what occurred and if they were able to restore my coat to its glory. I had never been to this place, went with my gut and took a chance. At the very least, I had hoped for a clean coat returned to me with the finicky wool intact. Dry Clean US went above and beyond β I squealed with delight as the same kind woman brought out my coat. I mean, the thing was *steezy.* Stunning and jaw-dropping. My coat had been restored as if I had bought it fresh off the rack that day. I can't wait to tout my coat on the east coast to enjoy a few more days of the cold weather, while I turn heads in my new drip. Despite this location being 22 minutes out of the way from me, I will continue to return and trust in this business for anything I need further on. Also, for all those wondering, the prices were more than reasonable as well. I did not expect that level of care at the price I paid."
"Phenomenal dry cleaners, wish I would have found them earlier. Very fair prices and excellent work. I had two of my nicer white dress shirts with stains, one grease and one a tar like black spot and they got them out no problem. I highly recommend them and will be using them for as long as I am in Phoenix."
"Generally speaking, I've never really looked at as a dry cleaner as a place to really be impressed. Typically you take your clothes to get d/c or laundered, sometimes they have promos or coupons, sometimes you pay full price, and then you pick it up in few days. Until this place.... As a customer, I had an issue. So my really good jeans finally gave up with tears making them unwearable. For xmas I got a bunch of new jeans, that needed alterations and hemming. I went to 2 other dry cleaners asking around for pricing. The first was a very nice lady and top rating on Yelp, except I just didn't want to pay that much for 10 pairs of pants The second place I went was exorbitant, and seemed like he made up pricing as I spoke to him. I googled the average price for the alteration I wanted to get and none were in the price, and what he was saying was outrageous. He asked me what I was expecting, and then abruptly and aggressively "shushed" and pushed me out the door. Wow. Small business treating local customer that way. Quite frankly, I was kinda insulted and my feeling hurt for being treated so rudely. But I digress, this is not their review. Then I entered the 3rd store - here at Dryclean USA. The owner (husband/wife couple) greeted me nicely. Yes, their price was actually on target with what I saw online. But then she did something in addition to selling me alterations. She noticed one of the buttons were missing, she offered to fix it. I brought the old jeans that had rips in it, and she offered to stitch those as well (something I didn't even think about.) yes, it cost money, but it was on what I expected it to be. I just picked them up today, and the hemming, repair and stitching was top notch. Bottomline is, I'm new to the neighborhood. I was treated with respect and knowledge. They solved problems. They earned my trust and my business. It's a bit out of the way, but I'll take the trek and go here from now on."
