"I just want to thank Chris Garcia for the great job installing my new A/C unit, adding a new return duck and removing old swamp cooler hardware that was left in the attic. He explained every step and what it would take to get it done. He explained about the equipment and was very thorough showing us how to work the new thermostat. Chris was very polite and respectful. ChampionAir thank you for getting my house ready for the Arizona summer. Sincerely, Eddie and Nicole Paiva."
"We had both our units replaced and the crews did amazing! Very nice and communicated with me the whole day as to how it was going and definitely did the work in an efficient timeframe. Would definitely recommend these guys! Thank you again to Kyle and his crews!"
"Had a maintenance service by this company a few weeks back. I'm going to start off by it is hard to get a hold of someone because every time you call you are calling a call center that takes your info every time so someone can return the call at a later time. After inspection I noticed that the condenser was not clean and the cold lines were exposed. I called and asked what was included on the service maintenance, which she went through a list and one was cleaning the condenser. I stated the condenser was not cleaned out by the tech and the lines where exposed. After going back and forth on several calls I get a call from management, stating the tech had done te service correctly. I went ahead and sent photos of the unit which I then get a call saying that the parts of the unit I was referring to was just gunk washed off at the time of the service and that the insulation of the pipes were not part of service. I stated I had videos of the service and that I knew it wasn't done. Never did I get a call back, so I proceed to sending emails regarding the issue. It went as far as sending the video with no response. It's been over a week since proof was sent and still no response. I service my unit yearly. This been the first company that does not cover insulation for the pipes, but even if they don't why was it not mentioned to me that it needed to be replaced? Tech was out by the unit for a total of 8 min, never did he move spots or washed off the unit."
"I had been taking to my neighbors about replacing my 27 yrs old heat pump. When they saw a Champion Air truck in front of my house they asked how I decided to go with that company. I had planned on getting 2-3 quotes prior to making my final decision. My first call was to Champion Air as I had seen the vendor in Costco as well as received some mailers with good incentives. I read many of the reviews and they were all 4-5 stars with glowing comments. I was impressed with my first call to them, not only did someone answer the phone right away but I was told that they would send someone the next morning. About 10 minutes before he arrived I received a text advising that Kyle Wallace was on his way and included a picture so I would know who should be at my front door. He introduced himself and asked about the issues and he went right to work checking the compressor and air handler that was in the attic. He confirmed what I had suspected, that the unit was past its prime and suggested a replacement model. He was very pleasant and engaging and knowledgeable about the products. We discussed price and he was able to match the price that I had received from a Champion representative a year ago. He said he could have it installed the next morning. I could not think of a reason not to take his offer. The next morning I received a text advising me that Carlos was on his way and again a photo was included. At 7am the techs, Carlos and Jeremy arrived and after introducing themselves they went right to work breaking down the old system, the heat pump was in the attic over the garage in 111 degree heat. They had completed the job and tested the system by 1:30pm. They were very polite, engaging and professional and hard workers. They left the garage as they had found in and the old heat pump was at the curb waiting for a 3rd party to take it over the rainbow bridge. I cannot think of a reason that I could give Champion Air anything but 5 stars. Kyle, Carlos and Jeremy are great ambassadors for excellent service. The new system is working beautifully, keeping us cool inside while the temp outside is a blistering 110. Thank you Champion Air."
"I recently had Champion Air do an AC Tune-Up on my 17 year old unit. They sent a very experienced tech by the name of Patrick. I was thoroughly impressed with his timeliness, professionalism and knowledge. He took his time to explain all the possible problems I could encounter with my current AC unit. He gave me a reasonable estimate and a vote of confidence that the system is ok for now but could fail soon. No pushiness, just the straight facts to help me make an informed decision, when that time comes. Thank You Patrick! You know your stuff! -Sam"
