"I contacted Jerry a few months ago to replace my pool lights. I had been thinking about also replacing my automation system, so Jerry provided several quotes for me to evaluate. He was very transparent about my options and I made the deciding to replace the lights and the entire automation panel. We initially experienced an issue with the new system, but Jerry was super responsive and eventually we had to engage the manufacturer. The manufacturer quickly replaced the defective part and the we were back in business. Jerry continued to follow-up with me daily to check on the system and insisted on not collecting a dime until we were sure the problem was fixed. The maintenance individual does such excellent work that he receives an extra $10 for every Monday visit. However, we must admit that we are not thrilled with having to pay an extra $25 for each time the attached hot tub requires cleaning. Using additional equipment is not a sufficient reason.
