I had the good fortune of meeting and working with Elvin (Salas Rios) when my main air handler unit stopped working. He quickly and easily diagnosed the issue and also fixed the problem in just over an hour…and a decent portion of that time was spent explaining to me what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. A great company with really great representatives like Elvin! He was a pleasure to meet and to have help us; I would recommend working with him and Goettl again!"
