"I've never written a bad review before, but this company deserves one. I hired them to deep clean my house right before company came for Christmas. I let them know that I'd like a deep cleaning, and I approved the steep price, thinking they were going to do a great job. I sent them a list of items I'd like deep cleaned, and they confirmed they received it. They charged me for 4 people, 6 hours of cleaning, and they didn't even address half of my list. It seems I paid them for basic cleaning, which I let them know I didn't need. Instead, I was deep cleaning my house the night before company. They also scratched my metal kitchen hood, wood shelves and wood floor with their abrasive cleaning. I would regret hiring them even if it was free bc of all of the damage caused. The follow up has been even worse. The manager never returns my calls. When I threaten to post a bad review, she calls, apologizes and promises to fix my hood and credit me a portion of the cleaning fee, but I never hear from her after. I've been patient for 6 weeks, and I've let them know I'll be posting a review for the last 2 weeks. They're definitely not a company to call for quality or deep cleaning. If there are any issues, there's no follow up. It's very bad management!"

"Writing on behalf of the private estate I work for: We had used this company in prior years to do a deep cleaning of the estate and the services offered this time were extremely disappointing. Not only did the cleaning ladies need constant re-direction regarding the areas needing to be cleaned, but they had extremely poor time management skills. Often they would be found gathered together in one room of the house. They were not detail oriented at all, and they missed several areas, even though they were give very specific instructions on what to clean. When this was pointed out to them, and they were asked to please re-clean correctly, their responses were completely unprofessional. The ladies rolled their eyes, made rude comments, and even began to ignore the person in charge of the home. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior. Ultimately, we were extremely surprised at how unfriendly, and how careless the cleaners were. This property has many priceless items and their lack of professionalism was a true disappointment. We will never again use this business and we do not recommend anyone looking for a quality cleaning service to use them either."

"My friend and Realtor had recommended the service because they had used them in the past for move-in cleaning. I emailed them and had to call three times before I got a response. I spoke to Tammy and explain to her that I needed a deep cleaning and actually wanted the services associated with post construction because I had just had windows replaced in the entire home and there was a lot of dust. I further explained that I had 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and the crew would need to have ladders that could reach the top because all the walls and ceilings needed to be dusted. She told me that they would send someone with a tall extension ladder and have all that work done before the crew of four cleaning girls would start on the rest of the house. I was quoted 2 to 4 hours, and explained to Tammy that even if it took longer, it was imperative that every aspect of this house be wiped down except for the windows. I agreed to the price quoted, which included a surcharge for a Saturday. On the day of the service, for girls arrived with small step ladders. No one came equipped with an extension or tall ladder to do the walls. I told the lead girl Allison that the walls needed to be wiped down. Her response was “ all of them?” I explained to her everything that I wanted done and confirmed that they would do the three bathrooms and disinfect them as well. She assured me that they would. They stayed three hours, and when I went to check on the work, I told Allison that the upstairs was not nearly as clean as the downstairs. There was still dust on the furniture in the master bedroom and none of the bathroom shower doors, nor bath tub and shower tiles had been cleaned. I told her that I had wanted them done. She again stared at me blankly. Then asked me to sign the invoice. She did not offer to correct what was not done thoroughly nor did she offer to do the bathrooms. They were still well within the four hour timeframe and could easily have done it. I emailed Tammy outlining everything and stated my disappointment as I did not get the service that I was promised. I told her that while the girls did work when they were there, they did not do everything that Tammy and I had discussed, and what I had explained to Allison. I asked her to please contact me or respond to my email. I was hoping to have them come back and complete the work. I was not even given the courtesy of a call back or respond to my email. Not only is this company not “perfectionist quote. They are also extremely unprofessional. My realtor and friend who recommended them will now no longer be telling anyone to use them."

"I asked them to do a Deep Clean as i have not been able to do anything for awhile. They were great - paid close attention to detail and did all i asked for. Will be using them again Elva with Team #10 was awesome. My kitchen has not been this clean in years"
