The crew is so good that the other power washing repair shops have been trying to scalp their employee's for years. I have a custom built machine that when I first got it had some problems that needed worked out in order for it to get up and running like it should. Took the guys less than 2 days and I was out on the jobs again with no problems. Regular maintenance issue's that I don't have time or feel like dealing with myself and the machines are straight into the shop with no worries. Call and schedule your appointment and they will take care of it. Be real careful on here about low ratings and read them for what they are, The competitors trying to degrade the level of service and support they give to try and make themselves look better. I haven't and wouldn't take my equipment anywhere else for service."

"I''m new to pressure washing and have been purchasing accessories and seeking technical advice from Hotsy for a short while now after learning of them through a very cool cat who's an operator of EZ Clean Power Washing. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to approach. On my first visit I was given a free, one-gallon sample of a proprietary cleaning agent to try. Serendipitously, a few days later I encounter some fellow customers at Home Depot looking for a "good electric pressure washer" for their business. I send them to Hotsy and they end up buying a unit. A kind gesture from Hotsy to me boomeranged right back to them! Good Karma there. Hotsy will be my local go-to shop from now on."
