"The purpose of going to a physical store is to get knowledgeable help and immediate possession of what you needed instead of wIting for a delivery. They had NO staff on the floor to help, just 1 person behind each of the 2 counters at store front. Frustrating, and I gave up teying to find all that I had intended to buy, and just left with the packs of wet erase markers I had to have right then for a project. It was disappointing, but at least I got the markers after not finding them at a physical Walmart."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. I just started a new business just as my printer decided to die. So, I went to Office Max to buy a new one. Stood by the printers for a good 30 minutes and not a single employee offered to help me. They simply walked right past me like I didn't exist. I walked out and went to Best Buy. They were more than happy to sell me the same printer I had planned to buy from Office Max. There's a difference between giving your customers a chance to browse and outright ignoring them. Y'all definitely need to retrain your employees."
