"Was looking at replacing my old AC unit. Allen came by after I requested a quote. He was very prepared with materials to educate me on the various types of AC units now available, and the pros and cons associated with each unit. We did a brief walk around of my setup which he used as a chance to teach me more about my current setup and how an install might be accomplished. After deciding on a general style of unit, we sat down and he presented me several options including various package deals, discounts, and special financing for some options. I made a selection, and the next day received a call to schedule the measuring and installation. Very responsive company, very organized, and one of the most professional ones I have worked with for home upgrade or repair in general! Very excited for install, will provide an update afterwards."
