"I chose this company because their AC technician had done a good job. Therefore I was completely surprised that their plumbing service stinks. I was scheduled for repair of my on going leak, to arrive between 1:00 and 3:00. When I had not been contacted by them by 4:45, I called the office. I was told they were running behind and could not say when they would be at my job. That means they wasted 4 hours of my time waiting for them without the courtesy of a call to let me know they were not coming. I scheduled for the next morning while I am paying for more lost water. I informed the office that they would be repairing a 1in PVC in ground line. The alleged plumber showed up with an impressive truck but no PVC fittings. The location of the lead was obvious and the ground was easy digging as the leak had the entire area soaked. He was using a circle K cup to remove the water. I suggested to him to use a hose to siphon out the water. That saved a lot of time. Once he exposed the leak he made a trip to ACE to buy a piece of pipe, a coupling and a union. He came back and cut the pipe too short. Another trip to ACE. He came back and cut the pipe too short again. Then I noticed he did not have a reducing fitting to adapt the 1in PVC to the 3/4" steel pipe. So back to ACE for that and more fittings. He came back again and got the pipe put in. This should have been a 2 hour job including time for the cement to set. Instead it was a 4 hour job which got me in trouble with my wife because I had a commitment with her that I had to blow off to stay and pay for the job. I have plumbed two new houses and many rental repairs. That job would only have taken me two hours. Heck, I keep more PVC fitting at home than he had on his truck. Now he charges me $607 and did not even replace the 52 year old 2 foot long steal pipe from the leak to the meter. Some day soon, I will need to replace that last piece of 52 year old pipe. But guess what, I will not be using this plumbing company again. The reason I needed someone to do this job was I had an injured foot. Next time I will just tell my wife how to glue PVC together."

"Temperature Control is so professional, kind and efficient. Added bonus they cool your temperature in the midst of a crisis. I had a massive water leak thought it was coming from furnace that was where the water buildup was. I requested a AC Specialist when he came he traced and investigated and found a pipe spraying my garage wall and ceiling from my water heater. I couldn't see it because of storage and there was no water below water heater visible. He immediately called Chris a PLUMBER with Temp Control and he was there within an hour. Great company organization and commitment to their customers. They called and arranged a Restoration Company for me and the job has been done in excellence sense the first call to their office.
