"Staff was friendly and nice but I was unhappy with the fact the underneath of my dog's tongue was hooked on her bottom canine and she was given back to me like that and nobody even noticed really and I got no explanation on how it happened no apology nothing. I think their prices were a little bit on the expensive side. I do rescue and I've had a lot of dogs fixed and I've never seen anything like this my dog's poor tongue was stretched out swollen and bleeding"
