If I have one suggestion for Summit is the scheduling and communicating with customers could be improved. The finished project looks better than the original."

"Fiest of all, I never write reviews. I was so impressed this time, I felt Summitt really needed recognition! Summitt Restoration did a phenomenal job, both with water mitigation and restoration. Staff was wonderful to work with. Alec, Ian, Christina, Kelly all went above and beyond for a positive experience. Everyone that we came in contact with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Alec was outstanding at his communication, and managing of all the complicated details that went into this project! Ian handled so many of those details on the day to day project basis. You could not ask for a better company. If I could get them 10 stars, I would."

"There was a delay with the water mitigation division taking care of water damages due to cancellation of appointments from staffing issues (lack of staff support). So I give them a 3 star. The restoration division gets a 5 star. They kept their appointments, designed a plan for the damages that required removing, a plan to restore and repair. After all the work was done everything looked very nice, They were very efficient and worked in a timely manner. There are no signs of prior damages. They were awesome. I am very pleased!!"

"Summit Restoration mitigated and repaired damage to our home. The process was highly organized and professional. Staff arrived on time for all appointments. I was kept informed throughout. The damage occurred on a holiday and they still arrived in an hour. Justin was terrific during the entire cleanup process. He was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Brittany and Jose completed the repairs beautifully. Looks like it never happened! I'm a perfectionist and the repairs are perfect. Brittany was very compassionate and responsive to my needs and requests. Justin, Brittany and Jose kept my house clean and protected my belongings. This was a stressful time but the staff members at Summit Restoration were supportive and restored our home back to normal. Summit is the BEST company I've worked with in a very long time. "They were ok. The job crew that came to fix my home were kind and friendly. I really enjoyed them and I could tell they took pride in their work; however, the process took way longer than it should have. My biggest issue was with the guy in charge of the job. He was awful at communication, he wouldn’t reply to messages, he would send a text delaying the job at like 4:59PM on a Friday then tell me if I have any questions I can text Monday. If anything were to happen to my home again, I would make sure not to deal with them, which is sad because the actual crew was cool."
