"I had a rack and pinion leak. Got a quote from them, but the part price was very high. So I went over to orilleys right across the street and bought the part myself. These guys install parts that customers bring in. All was good until I picked up my car. On the way home, I lost all steering, and all my fluid was gone. Had to get towed back to the shop. They said a line was loose. Now I'm worried about what else isn't tight. The only good thing about this shop is that they install customer supplied parts. All the others I called said they wouldn't. But their workmanship is bad they have a bunch of kids working out there."

"I'm very pleased with the service. Eric , the desk manager was very helpful, friendly and professional. I brought my car for a headlight replacement and it was done the same day and within couple of hours. The price was fair and the workmanship in my case was top notch. I couldn't ask for a better service. And yes I would recommend them to others and use Brake Masters again."

"I had the best experience! After getting new tires I brought my SUV in for an alignment. Eric Erickson got it all arranged and taken care of for me. He also helped me with the much-needed oil change. New filters were recommended and I was happy to get the replacements. So many times places can feel like they’re trying to upsell you into things you don’t need, but the help from Eric felt genuine. He was also sure to tell me things to be aware of that will need replacements in the near future. I’ll be sure to make the trip back up to Anthem when it’s time. Professional, polite, and everything was done in less time than I ever expected, even with having to order one of the filters."

"Our harmonic balancer broke into pieces well on our way into Phoenix because we are not from around here we went to a few shops so compare prices (with our car barely holding on) We were quoted from 2 different shops over $800! And couple more for $300-$500. So we bought the $100 part and went into their shop only a couple hours before closing with our part in hand and asked what they could do for us.Their shop pretty much full but they said they would take a look at it and next thing you know they had our car pulled in their shop working on it! They installed our part and put everything back together in around hour! For like $210! Every worker we came in contact with was awesome! We will forever be Grateful for them 10/10 recommend!"

"I would highly recommend Brake Masters in Anthem. Have been there twice, and both times very professional, and excellent work. This time my coolant light went on, and they the fld level was a little low. So they checked for leaks and added coolant. No charge!!! I left a very happy customer. Will not hesitate to go there again!"
