"After taking my truck to another shop for a oil and coolant leak they had it for a week and a half without working on it and diagnosed ot wrong I took it here and talked to steve whithin a day I had a quote on the repairs and they started working on it right away. "Overpriced, but it works flawlessly. You're paying for the certainty of your 7.3 not leaking anymore and so you don't have to jack the motor up to drop the pan. Mine was so bad the original nut backed off and was dangling. I disconnected the batteries, dropped the starter, and had a hell of time getting the 350k mile dipstick tube uncrusted from the original housing. Used a pick to remove the original O-ring and let the inner adapter fall into the pan. I did not drain the oil, it is recommend, but it takes 4 gallons of oil and it was changed 500 miles ago. I cleaned the side of pan really good and fed the new adapter in. It's kind of tedious to get that allen bolt started but just take your time and you'll get it. It hasn't leaked a drop since I put it in. Drove it after and still sealed up good. Just don't crank it down and over tighten them and pay attention to the orientation of the adapter... the OBS should have the dipstick port pointing straight up, not slightly forward....ask me how I know. Overall as of now my review is it is a pricey part but it works as advertised and doesn't leave you wondering when it'll start leaking again. Great piece of mind and in my opinion worth the inflated price."
