Look8ng for a sewing machine repair. $80.00 plus parts for a brother sewing machine I got second hand. Went home and threw my sewing machine in the trash and bought new on Amazon."
"I think they’re a little stressed, so when they answer the phone give them grace if it comes off rude. The shop is busy with clients and referrals so they know what they’re doing. I’ve needed a piece for my machine for a year and these guys were willing to order. I ended up going with another shop who thankfully had the piece and were a bit kinder, but due to the high volume of clients I assume this place is good."

"I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am that I found this place! I sew for a living, and as any good seamstress would do took my two machines in for an annual full serving with a local Pffaf dealer. Within a short period after "servicing", my first machine froze up, so I got out my second machine and within minutes it froze up. Yes, I did call the dealer to correct this and quickly realized I was getting the brush off. I was referred to Richard and King's Sewing by another seamstress. He was not only understanding in my position of urgency but also cleaned and repaired the "mess" in an extremely timely manner. My machines now are happy and purring like kittens...and I am back at work!! Thank you Richard and Crew! You have a loyal life long customer!"
