"Went there last night on Saturday night around 6:30 PM as I needed a 4 foot fluorescent bulb. Got somebody to answer the phone immediately and they went and got the bulbs while I was going there to pick them up. When I walked in they were ready to go. I believe the gentleman's name was Richie. I'm not positive of that but that's what I seem to recollect. Anyway I really appreciate the store for the responsiveness, the customer service and the ease with which I can go in and get what I need. Also appreciated being able to get it on Saturday night at 6:30 PM. The gentleman's service was excellent. Thank you so much. Andy"

"Easy all around. Made an appointment online to have my battery in my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge replaced. Called to confirm that they would have the battery in stock by day I was planning on showing up. Good customer service all around. Work was completed in 40 minutes when they had told me could take up to an hour and a half. Great job!! Thanks."

They sent me to Bell rd location They had it , installed it , but battery only had 3% charge on it. I guess I expected it to be charged I do have 1 year warranty so that’s good. So far so good"

I brought my phone in on the Monday of New Year's Eve fully expecting to hear that they would not be able to finish the phone that day. Much to my surprise they said the work would take approximately three hours and they actually had it done a little early. I retrieved my phone the same day and it works and looks flawless. I brought my wife's phone in for work the following week and had a similar experience. The staff working at the shop are both friendly and helpful. They even answered a question I had about batteries. I would highly recommend using there service for phone repair. I know I will again in the future if needed."
