"Although we have an annual service contract for Spring and Fall I am frustrated with the way company reports the service. Technician does fine but when we get digital paperwork back from company on what was found or done it is completely blank. We just had a visit and tech found heat pump to be low in refrigerant. Had to put in 2# of refrigerant. No where on the digital form was that acknowledged. It says all was fine!"

"I just had Arizona Trade Masters install a Trane air conditioner/ heater unit to replace my 13+ year old unit. Their price was significantly lower than my other quote. The units were ordered and arrived quickly. A week and a day after I started looking for a replacement AC/heater, they were installing the units. Both technicians worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up after the work was done and disposed of my old unit. All questions were politely answered by Brady G. He also let me know what the warranty was for parts and labor. I have done work with Arizona Trade Masters before and have been satisfied with the work they have done."

"Called Arizona Trademasters for an estimate to replace my existing air conditioners/air handlers. Spoke with Leonard, he was easy going, knowledgeable, and honest. Estimate was well under the cost of 2 other companies so I had him come out for a closer look. After conducting a 2 hour assessment a revised estimate did go up, but slightly. I hired them, the install team of 4 arrived on the day and time as communicated. Install team was polite, clean, and efficient, done in 6 hours, it was remarkable. Very happy with my Trane equipment. Highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs."

"Big Bertha (my old a/c) put in an impressive 20 years but it was time to retire her! I received one quote before receiving the recommendation of Leonard and Arizona Trade Masters. ATM quoted quite a bit lower than my initial quote. Leonard was very knowledge about what I would need and not need. He sent out Brian and Brady to install my unit a few days later. They are such great guys and very professional. They helped explain the unit as I'm a first time home owner. Brian even fixed my garage door wheel on his way out. Not sure he understands what a little extra blessing that was to my day! Great Great company. I will recommend to anyone who listens!"

"Absolutely nothing negative to say about Arizona Trade Masters. I have had them services my homes for over 20 years now. Numerous tune-ups through out the years a total AC and furnace replacement in there too and always 5 stars! Tonya has always been the familiar voice scheduling my tune-ups. The techs, and on occasion the owners, have been out on calls to the houses and always the constant professionals with the jobs being performed correctly. Kurt was just out for the furnace check up / tune-up and I am winter ready. I might add that Kurt was out earlier than expected which helped me get on with my busy day; thanks Kurt. If you need that family owned HVAC business in the valley, then ATM is the right one for you."
