He reminded me their prices are the same as the big chain stores so when I need a new vacuum cleaner, I'm going to purchase from the locally owned, helpful people with GREAT customer service!"
"Ripp off- GF took my vacuum cleaner in for repair. They said motor was blown and they couldn't fix it. They charged me $25 for this. Charge was to evaluate the repair. I fixed the vacuum myself by replacing the belt and WD on roller. The motor was not blown. These people are incompetent."

"This was my first time at ABC Vacuums. I am pleased and impressed. My 7 year old Kenmore canister vacuum wouldn't start. In one day ABC replaced some parts that had overheated and burned. I used my vacuum today and it works like new. I paid $88.00 and that included a new floor brush. Couldn't ask for better service."
