"I was struggling to change my vacuum cleaner belt so called ABC for help. Larry said it bring it in which I did. He got it installed properly and didn't charge me. That's great customer service! He reminded me their prices are the same as the big chain stores so when I need a new vacuum cleaner, I'm going to purchase from the locally owned, helpful people with GREAT customer service!"

"Ripp off- GF took my vacuum cleaner in for repair. They said motor was blown and they couldn't fix it. They charged me $25 for this. Charge was to evaluate the repair. I fixed the vacuum myself by replacing the belt and WD on roller. The motor was not blown. These people are incompetent."

I used my vacuum today and it works like new. I paid $88.00 and that included a new floor brush. Couldn't ask for better service."
