"Poor work. Did not stand behind their work. Pruitt’s was sent out by our home warranty company on Jan 4 to repair a toilet leaking around the base. They replaced the gasket under the toilet. It appeared to fix the problem. On Feb 19, we noticed the toilet was still leaking around the base. The reason we didn’t notice it soon was the leak was very small. The only way we noticed it was that my wife dropped a piece of toilet tissue near the base and it got wet. See photo. We contacted Pruitt’s and they refused to fix their shoddy work because it was more than 30 days and the warranty company would not send them another work request. The repair that Pruitt’s effected did not work. They did not stand behind their work. I understand the 30-day limit, but their work clearly was unsatisfactory and they refused to do the right thing. There are lots of better options out there. I recommend you avoid this lousy company."

"Our hot water heater went out and we called the night before to verify we were doing everything we needed to address the leak and could wait till the morning when our warranty appointment would be scheduled. We spoke with David and he called the office for us first thing in the morning to help get us seen by a tech he also checked in on us throughout the day making sure we got scheduled to be seen. He wasn’t even our tech so we appreciated that and when Eric came out he was so kind and informative. We are new homeowners so this was a little scary but they took great care of us. And all the reception staff I spoke with were so kind (taylor was super friendly!)."

"My technician Marco was exceptional! He took the time to explain what the issues were and what he fixed. Marco also went above and beyond and cleaned out the shower drain to remove the buildup of hair and such. Kuddos to Pruitt's Plumbing for employing a knowledgeable and customer friendly employee."

"I've used Pruitt's plumbing for several years. I can't believe I've never before written a review! They have worked for me both inside and outside of the house. From toilet repairs to dishwasher plumbing. Brent has always been my expert technician for inside work. I ask for him by name! Today they sent Jerod to do outside plumbing which was not covered by my home warranty. The work was checked and rechecked before he left. He replaced the hose bib outside of the house. I knew it was bad. Had been leaking for awhile. It was so corroded that tools didn't work and Jerod had to cut the pipe. The best thing was that their quote was accurate, and the service charge applied to the repair! Pruitt's technicians have always been friendly and professional and get the job done right the first time! I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!"

"I was VERY skeptical when Pruitt was assigned to handle the warranty of our water heater at first. As I looked online, the reviews were terrible. However, if you ask the right questions and communicate properly, most bad experiences can be avoided - which was our case. I was up front with them about bad reviews and they made it their duty to show me a GOOD experience, which they did. Kudos to them for making it all happen ... Now to the review. Just finished a few days without a water heater due to some leaks. Called Pruitt and they were out and making things happen very quickly. Especially remarkable it all happened on Good friday over a holiday weekend. They came out, assessed damage, gave recommendations which at the time was sever water damage. We were able to fix the water damage over the weekend and then have Pruitt (adam miller who was exceptional) come out to install our new water heater. Bottom line: Great to communicate with, honest and handled the job like a professional. Would easily hire them again."
