"I have a vintage stereo receiver that needed service and contacted Melrose TV VCR & Stereo Repair to see if it was something they could work on. Richard enthusiastically replied that he could and I brought it to him the next day. I told him the problem and he let me know that it would be a week before he could look at it, but that he'd call and give me a quote before starting the repair. A week later Richard called with a quote and I gave him the OK to go ahead. A week after that and he called to let me know it was done. From those conversations and our chat when I picked up the receiver I could tell that Richard has a passion for his work, and it showed in the final result. The receiver works better than ever! I highly recommend his service, especially if you've got vintage equipment. Richard knows his stuff!"
