"Brandon was on time, very polite. He informed me what he was going to do and in which order. He also offered to sell us an extended warranty and some surcharge protectors for both AC units, however those in my opinion were too expensive as I have already done my research. The only thing that should be improved, after washing coils, the surrounding pavers should have been washed to remove all the dust and dirt that came off the AC units."
