"They lack a sufficient shop to do the job correctly and hold their standard to a level of mediocrity they define as "the average person". They choose not to stand behind their work when you are more critical than the average person. Add that to that fact it took them twice as long to return the product they "repaired". I say "repaired" because there was more damage than when they picked it up. Even in poor natural lighting, you can see the damage. They also do not check their work. my furniture was covered in dust from the shop and I found painters tape on one of my pieces."
