"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had our home warranty contact this company due to an emergency with our AC. They were not able to get our AC fixed for 10 days. They neglected to call us with updates on progress and did not respond to email or phone calls to their office. They damaged our property installing the new air handler and have not called us to fix it. Neither my wife nor I signed any contact or paperwork stating that they had permission to remove any part of our property to install the equipment, yet they did anyway and damaged our garage when doing so. I am completely appalled by this service and neglect. I will be contacting the BBB to report their negligence. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
