"Need to report their business practices. I’ve left a detailed review of erroneous charges required before the release of my vehicle. The review has been deleted. I’m 62 disabled and the accident another driver’s insurance paid close to $7,000. But they won’t release my vehicle until I the injured party pays an additional $1,800. Due to drive through incident when my car rolled forward causing no damage. They claim “The parts won’t fit now” unsure how more money fixes this. Please hear me. The had me cash the Progressive check at a check cashing place 4 weeks ago."
