"I called to William’s Mechanical after seeing a few good internet reviews on this company. As a single woman (and single mother) I have been taken advantage of by some of the bigger HVAC companies charging exorbitant prices because I don’t know that’s not what they should be charging me. My AC went out in Phoenix in the middle of July, so I called Williams Mechanical and they got a technician to my house within 90 min. My unit is 15 years old, so I was afraid that he was going to tell me I needed to replace it. Nope!! He replaced a couple fuses On the unit and told me that it was working fine now. He advised me that my compressor motor was also 15 years old and was looking a bit shabby. I should consider replacing it at some point in the future so it wouldn’t die on me and leave me stuck without AC again. I asked HIM to please give me an estimate for that so I could plan for that expense. He told me that the office would send an estimate to me. Never did he try to push me to do that. And replace my AC unit? Nah! He said it’s running fine. Keep using it until it dies. I was really impressed with Williams Mechanical. Fixed my issue same day, quickly, affordably and with integrity."

"I have used Williams Mechanical for nine years on numerous large commercial office building projects. They have performed magnificently and with complete professionalism. They are able to value engineer, install split systems, water source heat pumps and cooling towers, including one downtown on a high rise. We have also used them for our plumbing needs. From time to time I have checked their pricing by taking bids, and they have always been very competitive. These guys are top of the line contractors. Super nice people to work with also!"

"Williams Mechanical was recommended to us by a friend and from the moment I called them until the completion of the job, customer service was at the forefront. We had all of the hot and cold water pipes replaced in addition to a drain line in the kitchen. They talked to us like we were part of the process and not just the customer. We asked questions and were answered in a courteous, respectful manner. They offered suggestions if we were unsure about anything to do with the job. They were on time and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. This was a residential job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing done. They are reasonable, customer focused and do good work. Kudos to Rocko and Dave and James, who also assisted for a couple of days. I believe that Tim Williams is the owner of the company and he surely understands that he definitively has assets with these employees."

"We have hired Williams Mechanical twice now for plumbing jobs at our property. Both times, I have been more than happy with their work. From the dispatchers answering the phone to the technicians who've worked in our home, they are professional, courteous and knowledgable. When I ask questions, they answer thoroughly without talking down to me - a huge deal to me as a woman and a homeowner. Their work is excellent and reasonably priced and they clean up after themselves, leaving my home clean or better than they found it. Wow! I can't recommend Williams Mechanical highly enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I would."

"We have used Williams Mechanical for air conditioning maintenance/repair for about two years now. They have always been honest, forthright, and very knowledgeable about air conditioning systems. Their pricing is very reasonable too. Our current air conditioner is very old and they have always been able to jump start it again. We are looking to get a new A/C this summer and will be using Williams Mechanical for its installation and purchase. We trust them."
