"Reed came to my home December 7. The problem was a leaking pipe just at the point where the water service enters my house. He had to saw and chip out an area of the block wall on the garage side of the pipe, replaced the copper, added a new spigot and got it all done in about three hours. He even went to Home Depot to get concrete to patch the hole. This is outstanding service and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. Reed came back February 4 for another leak, this time the service line from the meter to the house and the leak was under the sidewalk. He did a lot of digging in the mud but fixed the leak for a very reasonable price, in my opinion. I decided to have the entire service line replaced and Brandt and a helper (Nathan?) came out February 16, and spent the day digging to replace the line. Again, I think the cost was reasonable and the work was done well."

"I just had David come my place after another plumber recommended I purchase a very expensive water softer and filter. I had David come by to get me a 2nd qoute for an install. This softer I was quoted was very expensive so I wanted to shop around. Dave let me know that my unit does not have direct access to cold water and so the only water I would soften is my hot water. My cold water is shared with my entire multifamily unit, He said that this very expensive install would be a waste of money. He gave me some tips on how to avoid future problems with my tankless water heater. When it came to to pay him for the quote he declined. He said there was no cost. David was knowledgable, kind, sincere, and extremely professional. I will only use these guys going forward!"

Not only did he fix everything, he is so knowledgeable and he explained how everything works. Brandt’s customer service is absolutely amazing!!!!!!
