"I first used Happy Valley Plumbing (referral from my electrician) 3 years ago to install a water softener. This year we bought a another house and started a full renovation including all plumbing and fixtures. My general contractor didn't have reliable resources so I called Jason and asked if he could handle all the plumbing work. His team (and particularly Jeremy) did an outstanding job in all areas. 2 days after moving in the water heater that was original with the house burst. No worries I bought a home warranty, who took 4 days to get someone out then tried to get out of covering the water heater (do not buy warranties from Old Republic!). Now it is 2 days before Thanksgiving and I have family coming to visit, I need hot water. I called Jason who had his team out within hours with a new water heater and recirculator and saved our Thanksgiving. I can't praise Happy Valley Plumbing enough, their prices are fair, their service is impeccable, and I would not use anyone else ever again."

"I previously gave Happy Valley Plumbing a 5* review for work done in our home several years ago (2019). Since then, I have used them for a number of projects both small and larger in scale. They have repaired a leaky shower head, replaced a bad garbage disposal, installed a water softener, and moved some water lines/installed a shower pan when I was renovating a bathroom. For the first several things I would have (and did) give them a 5* review. When they were helping with my bathroom reno in January of 2021, they did a poor job of installing the shower pan and after several subpar attempts by different employees I ended up doing it myself. Nonetheless, I did not change my rating of this group. Until today. On Sunday (6/11) I noticed that my water softener, installed by Jason at Happy Valley Plumbing about 3 years ago, had a small leak. I called them Monday (6/12) to see if I could get someone to come out and have a look: No response. Called again on 6/13: No response. 6/14: No response. 6/15: No response. As of 6/15 I decided to call another plumber since Happy Valley seems to have no interest in responding to client calls or coming to stand by/repair his work, and my small leak is now significantly worse. Based on my recent experiences with this company, I cannot recommend anyone uses them for any plumbing needs."

"This company installed a hot water heater in my home in July and the hot water line is completely rusted and leaking. When I called them Jason was rude and not helpful at all. No solution, no question about the job, he didn't ask for any pictures. When I tried to explain what was going on, he was short and argumentative saying that he installed it right, but if that was the case, why would it be leaking and rusted after 8 months. If your not going to honor the work that you do, then get out of the business. If you going to be rude to customers to whom you have served, be prepared for recourse. Stay away from this company however you find them or are directed, they are RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, CHEATS and have absolutely no INTEGRITY."

"I finally found an awesome plumber. These guys are the best, came out next day after my hot water heater went, when everyone else I called was telling me 3 or 4 days. They do excellent work, professional, friendly. I will never call another plumber."

"I was replacing my toilet in the master bath and realized once I got the existing removed, the flange was completely deteriorated. This was a bit out of my comfort zone so my friend referred me to Happy Valley plumbing based on his own great experience with the owner. I reached out on a Sunday and in a matter of minutes I got a response from the owner letting me know he’s getting me on the schedule the next day. The owner reached out 30 minutes before to confirm our appointment and let me know he was en route. He took a look at the job, and with no hesitation knew exactly what he was going to do to fix the problem. He was very informative and let me know exactly what he was going to do and gave me a very reasonable price to do the repair. Not only did he repair the flange, he provided an extra wax ring (in addition to the 1 with new toilet) to ensure the seal was good and there will be no problems moving forward. He completed the job and installed the toilet, which was not what I originally expected to be part of the service call. Left my bathroom spotless and was very professional. I would highly recommend Happy Valley Plumbing in any of your plumbing needs. The owner brings years of experience, provides great service, extremely professional and ensures the job is done right.
