"I have had three interactions with this Banfield Since moving to Tempe 5 months ago. I have been a customer of multiple Banfield locations for 19 years with several animals. Most Banfield vets are very good. This one is not. The front desk staff is very rude, and the vets don’t seem to actually care about animals or their owners. I recommend taking your pet to a different Banfield."

"They have no problem taking your money and then never providing the health certificate they charged you for. Continuous promises but not actually making it happen and promising to call back and not actually doing it. When I expressed frustration at the fact that they specified they were going to take care of this time sensitive matter within a specified time frame they hung up on me saying my only choice was to get a call back which will never happen. Incompetence at its finest."

"The staff members are friendly and helpful and take good care of our little dogs. The doctor offered options to address health concerns, and I appreciated learning about what more could be done. One of my rescue dogs snarls at strangers, but they were kind to her and calmed her down."

"They love their jobs and it shows, beyond amazing and patient staff . I was under a lot of life stress and my pug also became ill. They were able to get my furbaby seen quicker than my regular veterinarian. They kept me calm and him comfortable the entire time, giving him lots of love. I am so thankful because it was serious. They fully explained what I needed to know and even demonstrated the procedure with me to make sure I could do it. Now under treatment he will be able to live and on his way to being his playful loving cuddling little potato self."

"I have been bringing my puppy who is now a little over a year old to Banfield. The staff is always so friendly and informative. I love that they give a courtesy call the day after an appointment."
