"It's important for professionals, including doctors, to always exhibit professionalism, especially when interacting with their customers. Rolling your eyes or making smart comments is unacceptable and degrading. Making derogatory remarks about how I take care of my dogs makes me feel belittled and just overall like they’re being confrontational towards us. Such as one previous doctor advised us to use Farmers Dog and Dr. Williams advised us not to. They should all be on the same page as we’re not the professionals here and do as told for the benefit of our dogs. Additionally, communication between doctors and front desk associates should be seamless, and asking customers for appointment details they might not know is frustrating. This unprofessional interaction with Dr. Williams has led us to decide not to return."
"Took my dog in for a nail clipping. They said they could only get through 1 paw, and nicked her. She’s a 6 year old Chihuahua, and this the first time in 6 years someone couldn’t do it. The inexcusable part is they forgot to mention that they almost ripped off one of her nails. It wasn’t until we examined her before we left that we noticed continued bleeding one two not one paws. After seeing the Dr. our dog who went in for a nail clipping left with a cone on her head, antibiotics and paid medicine. If it was up to the lazy technician/nurses, she would have left in pain with no medicine or aftercare. Staff just wanted to shoo us away, and keep us from the Dr, not addressing the clear issues. The Dr was awesome, staff is incompetent."
"I’ve always had great experiences with the staff here at this banfield location. I have to shout out Kelli, who is the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at a banfield. You guys are so lucky to have her on your team!"
"We have a Banfield plan for my dogs and we typically go to this location. Today I called them in a state of potential emergency from my dog having a negative reaction to bleach and it was handled poorly. I was visibly upset and stressed out about my situation and I'm very disappointed in the lack of empathy and willingness to help me. Thanks for being willing to schedule me appointment for a week from now even though my dog could be in danger and what I'm explaining to you could potentially be life-threatening over the next 12-24 hours--NOT HELPFUL!!"
