"The Good: Very caring and qualified Drs and staff. Fast responses to calls and messages. Dr Moore is Excellent and I found him to be very patient answering all of my questions. Front desk staff was also very patient with me as I was dealing with a bad diagnosis for my dog and large bills. Meticulously maintained office and comfortable waiting area. The Bad: High cost of vet care has made it so many animals are left untreated, abandoned or turned into animal control. This is pretty much across the industry and not singling out Vet Neuro. I’m lucky as I have insurance for our dogs. But most are not so fortunate."

"We were devestated to learn that our 5 month old puppy Lulu might be deaf and have neurological issues. Our vet referred us to Veterinary Neurological Center, I was able to get an appointment very quickly and saw Dr. Kim Knowles. The office staff was warm and welcoming and put me as ease immediately. Dr. Knowles listened to my concerns, asked questions, and examined my puppy on the floor. All the while playing and kissing Lulu. Dr. Knowles spent so much time with us and after her exam and tests confirmed Lulu was deaf. She then took the time to reassure me that Lulu would be able to live a very happy, full life. You can tell this is not "just a job" for Dr. Knowles, she truly cares for these animals."

"I took my cat, io, to see Dr. Moore for seizures. Dr. Moore was amazing and kind and helped me get answers to what was going on with my baby boy and give him a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Moore showed sympathy and a kindness to io that no other vet/emergency vet has shown. He was aware of the medication regimen the Emergency Vet put him on was difficult for my work schedule, so theyre adjusting it so it's better for me, and that he's still seizure free. They've called to check in on io and make sure he's still doing ok and sticking with consistent follow ups. Im so beyond happy i took io there to get help cause i finally have my baby boy back to his goofy spunky self. Thank you Dr. Moore for everything. I'm so glad io has you as his Dr."

"Our 4 year old dog, Rebound, woke up on a Sunday morning and started losing the ability to use his rear legs. We found a veterinarian open and willing to see him. By the time we arrived, Rebound had lost all use of his back end. The Vet saw him and immediately knew the problem was IVDD, which without swift action could result in permanent paralysis. She immediately began calling Neurologists in hopes to reach one willing to exam our dog and perform surgery on a Sunday, outside of normal clinic hours. Dr. Parker took her call and was willing to help us. We immediately left Tucson, headed to Phoenix to meet Dr. Parker. He was there waiting for us, very warm and welcoming, and showed genuine care and concern for Rebound. He too thought it was IVDD, but did imaging to confirm. He performed the necessary surgery that afternoon and after a very somber drive back to Tucson, Dr. Parker called to tell us everything went well. Rebound had to stay in the hospital for a couple days, but Dr. Parker called with updates and put our mind at ease. When it was time for him to come home, the entire office staff were very kind and treated us like family. Dr. Parker met with us, explained everything, and allowed us to ask questions. He is so kind and patient. Once at home, they called to see how Rebound was doing, and when we called them with questions, they were very helpful and kind - we never felt like we were a burden for asking questions. Rebound is now on the road to recovery. He has full mobility again and is on the rebound, living up to his name! We are eternally grateful - THANK YOU SO MUCH, Dr. Parker and Vet Neuro!!!"
