"I came home to every multi-dog owners worst nightmare yesterday - my dogs in a death match with blood literally everywhere. My dog Axle took the brunt of the fight so as quickly as I could I rushed him to BluePearl at my normal vets recommendation. The entire experience was so traumatic and one I am still reeling from, but the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. I ended up having to wait several hours because a few other pet parents were having a far worse day than I was, but they checked in periodically, made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable including snacks for me a blanket for axle. They answered all of my questions and were just so sympathetic and genuinely kind. They were able to get my baby boy patched up and back in action and I am so so grateful to every single one of you who was there yesterday. ♡ That being said! I would recommend going to Costco for meds if you have a membership. I saved a couple hundred dollars by asking for a script and taking it to Costco instead of just getting it there. I was even able to run out and fill the prescription while they had him in the back. I don't blame them for that, but it is what it is :p"

"I wanted to thank you guys. On the 15 of February you guys had to put a cat down due to heart disease. His name was Hercules and he was a beautiful peach color. My fiance and dad took him in while I was home sick. You guys were the most wonderful team. We were so scared thinking he was choking on something and we were blaming ourselves. The Dr there was so amazing. She helped us get thru this heartbreaking time. She showed so much empathy and helped us start to heal. Again... thank you. You guys truly are amazing. Sorry it took so long to write, we've had a tough time healing. Our Hercules was only a year and a half, he was a BIG boy and an inside kitty with such a beautiful soul. Thank you so much."

"Our visit to Blue Pearl pet hospital went better than I could’ve imagined. They got our cat in right away and had him all taken care of and ready to go home faster than expected. The staff was very kind and treated our little boy very well. It’s been a week since we saw them and our cat is doing so much better and back to feeling his happy self again! We definitely will keep them in mind if an emergency were to occur again! Thank you for providing relief and healing for our little guy!"

"I brought my 6-month-old kitten here after she experienced negative side effects after getting spayed. She wasn't eating, drinking water, using her litter box, and was lethargic. I arrived at 8:30AM on a Sunday. As I was filling out paperwork, a nurse came and immediately took her back to begin vitals. Rosie was extremely dehydrated and has a very high fever. Dr. Kelly explained everything to me, answered my questions, provided a cost estimate, and truly made me feel in control of Rosie's health. Dr. Kelly called at around 6pm to update me on all the tests. She said Rosie still had a fever and they wanted to keep her overnight. She gave me a cost estimate and I let her stay. Rosie's fever finally broke at 4AM. Dr. Kelly called me when she returned for her shift at 7AM and told me I could take Rosie home. Dr. Kelly gave me some antibiotics and pain medication to resume treatment at home. Dr. Kelly provided me with her schedule for the week and told me not to hesitate to call with questions -- and I know she truly meant that. I am so grateful for the BluePearl team! Dr. Kelly, all the nurses (shoutout to Maya) and the reception team were compassionate and knowledgeable. They're the reason my sweet kitten is still alive. Thank you!"

"When it comes to your pets it can be hard, especially if something horrid happens that’s out of everyone’s control. That’s the only reason I can see why there are ANY bad reviews about this place. We had the absolute BEST experience with BluePearl Phoenix. They saved our Birdie’s life. She was diagnosed with Parvo at 9 months old, despite being fully vaccinated. It was emotionally taxing on everyone - our family, the staff, and of course our sweet Birdie. They were kind, SMART, on it every step of the way, loving towards our dog and understanding towards me. I say that because I was very needy, needing to see her every day, constantly calling for updates. They’d happily answer all my questions, text me updates and photos of my sweet baby. Never making me feel like a nuisance. I’m convinced without BluePearl’s support and knowledge, Birdie wouldn’t be with us today. She is thriving, happy and most importantly - she is ALIVE. Thank you BluePearl for everything you did for us, and our Birdie. She is family, so we are thrilled to have her home after a long 9 days of fighting Parvo."
