"I don’t know where to start. From the beginning I loved this hospital cause they would treat my puppy well. But it was a week ago that they disappointed me so much. My puppy has a sprinter in 1 of her paws and it came off so I went in to see if they would be able to rebandage it cause I couldn’t leave her like that and they said they couldn’t. That I had to make an appointment with them so I had to leave her like that till her appointment. I teared up cause how would I leave her like that so I took her to the other Banfield on Ray Rd and they took her in. Ray Rd Banfield has taken good care of better than this one. I’m never going back to this one again."
