"I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am to everyone here. Everyone was beyond kind trying to help me give my doggy some chances of saving her. I called and spoke to Hannah she was beyond kind. They ended up taking me the same day because the I-10 was closed. I called Hannah probably about 5 times that day and every time she still spoke so kindly to me. They did everything in their power to help me and my baby girl Ariel. Everyone was so nice and gentle with her. We tried laser therapy which was helping with her bladder. When we made the decision to no longer have her suffer they took me right away when I called and took good care of her making sure she didn’t suffer. Explained everything to me step by step so I could understand. Dr Larson is just pure amazing she really was patient with me and helped us with everything she could and explained everything as well. We are beyond thankful to everyone there. We have been going there for years and definitely recommend this practice. Words can’t express how thankful I am to Dr Larson and her team. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!"

"I got a new kitten last year, and I love him so much. He had to get fixed this year so I took him here. He also came here for his first kitty checkup. My experience here is that they always have a long wait even though we booked an appointment slot. I’m really not sure why we have a specific appointment time if we’re just going to wait two hours in the lobby and in the exam room. I’m also not a fan of them taking my cat to another room without me present. I don’t want to be separated, but I had no choice:( On surgery day, they told us to arrive extra early at like 7am or something. So we did, but then the front door was locked… what’s the point of arriving early if it’s just going to be locked? Anyways, the staff are always super nice and they did a great job with the surgery. I will definitely trust them again."

"Friendly staff; atmosphere is clean and comfortable; clinical staff was caring and gentle towards my elderly dog; supportive in treatment options without the sales pressure to buy expensive products or services. Reasonable hours. Reason for only 4 stars: Not super friendly for wheelchair accessibility. There are 2 entrance doors with a small transition room between the two which could be difficult to manage while using a mobility aid. Waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen."
