"Researching other options. I've been a CVS customer for years but this pharmacy location has the unhappiest employees I've ever ever dealt with. I'm not sure if they're overworked or over managed but overall I feel more of an inconvenience then a customer."

"We use CVS Pharmacy to fill our prescriptions now, after our insurance told us that the pharmacy we’ve used for decades is out of network. So far, we’ve had no problem with the pharmacy. Our prescriptions have been accurate and filled in a reasonable amount of time. The staff have always been friendly, and appear to be working hard. It should be mentioned that it is normal to have long, long wait times because there seems to be a lot more demand than there are employees available to serve customers in a timely fashion. This is true for both the in-store pharmacy service counter and even worse for the pharmacy drive through. CVS Pharmacy will send us a text message when our prescriptions are ready for pickup. This is a great convenience but comes with a price. That price is that they frequently spam my phone with unwanted text messages suggesting that we sign up for various vaccines that we already handle through our primary care physician. I called the pharmacy, asking them to please stop spamming my phone and the lady said that the CVS store has no control over that, and then provided me with a phone number to the CVS corporate office. I called the corporate number and a very nice lady apologized for the spam, but said that the only way CVS would stop spamming me is if I opt out for receiving text messages when our prescriptions are ready for pickup. A couple times we’ve received some creepy phone calls from this CVS pharmacy (caller ID number matches this location), trying to call my wife. The first time, the guy refused to tell me what the call was about. I told him that if he wanted to talk to my wife, and have her understand what he’s saying, he would need to get a translator, which he did via a three-way call. After the lady from the translator service greeted my wife, she asked him what message he would like to convey, and he hung up from the three-way call. More recently, a lady from the same phone number called me, asking to talk to my wife. I was in a noisy environment and asked her to please hold on briefly while I walked into a room where I could hear her. It took me about 15 seconds to reach a quieter room and when I told her I would be able to hear her now, she hung up on me."

"The CVS pharmacy in Maricopa is a complete joke. While SOME of the techs are polite, Matthew for example is an absolute monster. I pulled up today to pick up medication and there were 6 cars in the drive thru and as I type this, I stand behind 5 people. 6 people are waiting behind me. One lady is working the counter. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE and go literally anywhere else. Bashas pharmacy is great. I will be switching to them and don't even mind they don't have a drive thru. They treat you like family over there and at CVS, you are nothing but a patient id number. Bye CVS, you will not be missed!"

"I love the pharmacy here! They are open on weekends which is super important to me because then I can pickup my prescriptions whenever I want. The pharmacist who works there is super nice. He gives us our shots every time we go there for them. He’s friendly and does his job very well! I also love how there is not a long wait when I go. I love how there are always deals going on but I don’t really get into that. I just go to the pharmacy. I’m impressed!! I love this local CVS:)"

"Urgently needed a prescription today (Sunday). After going through the trouble to see a doctor on a Sunday, and having them send over my prescription, only to find out that apparently CVS decided to close at 4 when they're supposed to be open until 6. Everyday medications already take 3-4 hours to get filled, now I guess they just close if they feel like it."
